Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a CNF scholarship, applicants must be enrolled full-time and meet all deadlines as outlined below – no exceptions or extensions will be granted.
To maintain a CNF scholarship, students must possess the minimum GPA set by their scholarship and remain in good standing at their school. Students who do not meet these conditions will be placed on CNF academic probation for one semester.
Students may continue acquiring their scholarship while on academic probation, equipped they fulfill all other eligibility necessities.

Renewal Process
To continue a CNF scholarship, students must:
- Ensure all records are updated and accurate according to the CNF application deadlines each year.
- Maintain the GPA requirements set in their scholarship award.
- Stay in adequate status at their university and be registered full-time.
- Mark the scholarship acceptance agreement yearly.
Scholarship Award Information
- CNF scholarship amounts and criteria are set by each donor, and award amounts may vary each year.
- CNF scholarships are awarded based on full-time enrollment status:
- Undergraduate: Students enrolled in 12 or more credit hours per semester.
- Graduate: Students enrolled in six or more credit hours per semester.
- Scholarship payments will be made directly to the student’s university account unless otherwise specified. Payments are disbursed per semester upon verification of enrollment and fulfillment of all requirements.
- CNF scholarships cannot be applied toward summer enrollment.
- Scholarship payments may be deferred for up to one academic year upon the student’s request for academic or personal reasons, such as study abroad, military service, internships, or medical/family emergencies. Students must notify CNF prior to disbursement to delay payments; failure to do so may result in loss of the scholarship, pending CNF review.
